Last 1 week, I got to get play (work out just about all day) at Jamba Juice's FiTrends Expo around Santa Monica, which placed participants through eight completely different fun fitness classes. Many of us did a Broadway Transfer Class, Bokwa, CrossFit a ballet inspired fitness class plus more. We even took a great tennis inspired workout along with tennis icon Venus Williams and also her fitness trainer, Samantha. Venus looks and plays tough at the tennis court, but Really easy to implement admit that in much of our beach-side classroom - your woman was the daintiest and prettiest girl within the room!

During the five hour workout blowout, besides refreshing with low-calorie smoothies as well as ridiculously delicious steel-cut oatmeal given by Jamba Juice, I surely could drag P90X trainer, Tony adamowicz Horton, away for your quickie interview.
