Had time to sample this pleasant and savory sandwich within the BlogHer conference earlier this month in North park. Hillshire Farms is introducing a lower-sodium brand of deli meat (yay! ) and this colorful wrap is a wonderful way to use the last strawberries of summer for any light meal. The excellent thing about lower-sodium the protein dish is, besides the benefits of cutting out several salt, the turkey tastes like turkey and also the ham tastes like pork. If you use an important 100-calorie wrap, the entire recipe is approximately 220 calories.

Strawberry-Turkey Wrap

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla (8-inch)
  • 1/4 container baby spinach leaves
  • 4 pieces Hillshire Farm Lower Salt Oven Roasted Turkey
  • 1/4 container strawberry slices
  • 1 tablespoon sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon poppy-seed greens dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon cut toasted pecans (optional)

Top tortilla by using turkey, spinach, strawberries together with red onion. Drizzle using poppy-seed dressing and prime with pecans, if desirable. Roll up and perform immediately or wrap around plastic wrap and refrigerate until willing to serve.
