Want the conclusion? Do the work.

You will be good with a minor focused effort. You can be really good with some more focused effort.

But it's not possible to be great--at anything--unless you place an incredible amount for focused effort.

There usually are no shortcuts. There are generally no overnight successes.

If your weight/fat is way too high focus on your food choices including your thinking patterns.
If the body hurts, then alter your current workouts to more fitness, active lifestyle based pushing, core work and corrective motions.
If your health and fitness is suffering then acquire corrective actions by having your water, taking ones multi-vitamin, taking action on the mentally enriching diet and living a full of life lifestyle.

Do not necessarily expect immediate results through any action. Apply constancy and resolve.

You have considerably more power over your results than you consider.

So start assignment now. Time is misusing.
