Today's Dr. Oz Show continued the actual partnership with Weight Watchers and then the combined Transformation Nation technique. It focused on the four hurdles many people 40 and older face when weight loss:

Garden Veggie Soup
(Makes 6 servings)
- 1/2 hole carrots, sliced
- 1/4 pot onions, diced
- 2 garlic cloves cloves, minced
- 3 cups of fat-free beef, chicken or perhaps vegetable broth
- 1 mug green cabbage, diced
- 1 drink spinach, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dehydrated basil
- 1/4 tsp dehydrated oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tumbler zucchini, diced
Spray a huge saucepan with nonstick food preparation spray, and heat. Space carrot, onion and garlic clove in saucepan. Saut veggies over low heat pertaining to 5 minutes, until melted. - 24 wonton wrappers (half connected with 12 oz package)
- 1 tbsp powder sugar
