The publishers of "Prevention" magazine plan to reset women's internal clocks to help you them lose weight during the new book "The Stomach fat Melt Diet" (Rodale Literature, $25. 99).
That resetting is practiced through diet, exercise together with proper sleep, which is outlined while in the hardcover book. It's labeled as chronobiology, which is the analysis of biological rhythms. And apparently many people are out of connect, affecting appetite, moods, cravings and slimming.
