Make Time and energy to Stretch!


My saying is, "Stretching is designed for Everyday", and I really do practice what I preach(I acknowledge it, I'm biased! ). Flexibility can be a component of fitness, so whether we stretch day after day, or several days per week during our fitness programs, shall we not underestimate its health benefits. Research has indicated that regular stretching may perhaps be more effective in advoiding injuries than occasional stretching and then a systematic review of 7 away from 9 studies indicates which regular stretching improves activities performance. My motto will still be "Stretching is for Everyday" (almost regular, whether we have practiced or not! ) and Let's hope we will all take into account how important stretching is definitely.

Every day time we move, bend, lay, walk (crane our necks? ), and everyday we repeat the identical movements during our afternoon. This can cause each of our muscles to overwork, tighten up, and cause what most people call "repetitive stress syndrome". We may even sleep on the wrong position at night time forcing our muscles to your job harder to support our spine thus, wake up feeling tightly held and stiff.

So, for anyone of us who reach occasionally, rarely or never (I hope it is not never! ), here are actually some reasons to expand!

Why is actually stretching so important?
