When well-known chef Paula Deen issued an effort to her son Bobby to bring about healthy versions of your ex favorite southern comfort meals, he proved he was around the challenge! As shown about the Rachael Ray show for January 4, Bobby combines his mother's charm together with own healthy style.

Cook this guilt-free un-fried chicken tonight and find out just how tasty it may be to eat right:

Ingredients

  • 8 skinless boneless chook thighs, trimmed of all exposed fat (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deens House hold Seasoning
  • 1/4 goblet reduced fat buttermilk
  • Zest and juice of just one lemon
  • 2 ovum whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon incredibly hot sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups of coffee cereal crumbs, preferred company cornflakes
  • Cooking Apply, for skillet
  • Paula Deen's Home Seasoning:
  • 1 glass salt
  • 1/4 goblet black pepper
  • 1/4 goblet garlic powder
  • Note: Can be stored during an airtight container for approximately one 6 months.
