Number one Loser season 12 champ John Rhode: 'I can't get back that lifestyle' (Photos)


We expressive today with John Rhode, fresh off his Most significant Loser season 12 finale win yesterday evening and red-eye flight to New york city, where he appeared today on the Today show.

"It is extremely much a psychological, psychological battle, " he said to Today co-host Ann Curry. "My plan immediately is I'm focused upon running the L. SOME SORT OF. marathon. That's my focus now. After that, then I'll have to find a whole new focus. "

Focusing on things apart from food is one opportunity for him to keep off of the 220 pounds that she lost, he said currently.

"Its still hard in my experience to admit my cuisine addiction, " he explained to us. "It's hard in my circumstances to admit it, but I can not think of too many main reasons why a person would are able to 445 pounds.

"Clearly I must renegotiate my relationship along with food, and see food for what it truly is, " he said. "Food will not be a reward. If Im eating using boredom... or stress, then I need to get some alternatives -- I can't come back to that lifestyle. "

That alternative can be sharing his story of fat reduction, which he plans to carry out often.

One place bigger already started is for the high school he educates and coaches at -- Desert Ridge Senior high school in Mesa, Ariz.
