Holidays can be quite a great time of the season to celebrate life and offer gifts to those we love. There is so much action doing in the stores, everywhere someone is coming along something from shopping towards decorating their homes. Christmas especially Christmas, is the busiest time frame of the year for many individuals including the writer. However, the holiday season are also noted for your stress we put about our minds and our systems. On any given day whenever you as the casual viewer may notice people smiling more this occassion of the year, some get sad and are definitely more prone to mood ups and downs.
