Dr. Oz's prehistoric eating plan recipes


Today's Dr. Ounces Show showcased a dried fruit, veggie and nut/seed diet regime that Dr. Oz named the Prehistoric Diet. He had three ladies follow the vegan plan only a few days (in a zoo however places) to demonstrate that this plan can improve coronary heart health, blood chemistry and shed some weight.
