Selecting Any Trainer

Now we have determined you've got a professional, caring, well meaning and highly educated trainer while in front of you. You can be so caught up in the moment that you're going to not believe that you had a personal schooling workout. This person is uptempo and always smiling and will also be too.

-The Prima Donna. This is actually the trainer that thinks there're more important than you will be. My suggestion: Stay At a distance! Warning Flags:

  • Ignores and dismisses your questions.
  • Works you so hard you could be in pain for weeks. Soreness is normal, but you should still can get out of bed.
  • Neglects any an important part of a complete program or recommends a good of training that is too rigorous for you.
  • Diagnoses injuries or illnesses rather than referring you to a health care professional.
  • Thinks they enjoy the magical workout or diet regime.
  • Interrupts your session to speak with friends or take messages or calls (unless it is an emergency or cannot be avoided).
  • Does not return requests or emails.
  • Likes looking in the mirror a little too much.

Keep in mind, you are spending money and your time. You need to have a trainer that that appeals to you, that cares about people and knows how that can assist you achieve your goals.
