Ah, there's something a couple of milkshake: smooth, sweet, rich and creamy. Sigh. But when you're on the diet, those tempting concoctions really are supposedly off-limits. Rejoice! I've created a variation over the traditional fattening milkshake that's less calories but big with flavor.
Here's our milkshake-on-a-diet recipe:
In the blender, place 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of drab non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 drink of almond milk, not to mention 2 tablespoons of sugar-free vanilla Torani. Dress yourself in Liquify until smooth. Add additional almond milk if needs to satisfy your particular "that's generate income like my milkshake" wants.
