Marci Crozier, any 49-year-old mom of guy Biggest Loser contestant Courtney, was a favorite of fellow contestants not to mention viewers this season. Her elimination Tuesday night was tearful with the ranch and for potential customers. But the Indiana fitness center manager and restaurant operator is feeling fantastic not to mention at her goal bodyweight she said Wednesday morning.

Conventional wisdom says that at the time you hit 40 it really is tougher to lose excess weight, but not for Marci whom quickly shed 76 pounds in the show and is keeping. We talked with the about her success within the ranch and how she's doing at your house.

Q. Were you surprised on how quickly you could get to your aim weight?

A. Also, totally was amazed because of it. And I have to find out you, I told people this in recent times in my industry, Ive proclaimed this to people, if you were very fit in the old days in your life you can get it back quicker even if you were there at one point and this comes back easier.

I was basically a collegiate athlete; AS I played volleyball and competitive softball in college. I was very fit for countless years of my life that's why was the last 15 a long time, probably 18 years, that let myself go. Thats several years.

I never thought going without shoes could come back but Groundbreaking, i was tell you, I think that I felt when I is at college. Thats how my body feels right this moment. And to have it come home in 11 episodes there it was subsequently amazing to me. I presume Dr. H is a bit amazed too, but he said "I knew for which you told me you was fit at one point in your life and, you learn, youre back at that will spot arent you? "

I have the same way I did pictures was 23 years old once i was just leaving university or college.

Q. Dr. L. said that you needed to take a a different plan. So what on earth did he have you choose to do differently than the other sorts of contestants? Was it with the food?

A. He told me that he would change my workout routine initially and I was getting rid of about 4, 000 calories every day. And so, now my goal has been to be burning about 2, 800 in order to 3, 000 calories 24 hours.

But also I would double my calorie consumption, which scared me. You realize, it did scare us when he said this but, I doubled a calories and theyve ended up watching. We still do a lot of our BodyBugg and Ive had time to maintain.

So whatever hes telling me must remain working because I recognise that I havent lost a lot of weight but Ive lost some weight. The truth is I've met Ive gained muscle.

So, Im definitely heavier on the muscle category and I ACTUALLY havent gained any excess fat. So, thats the a valuable thing. I think Ive ingested his recommendation to heart and exercising six days a 1 week and I doubled my best calories and Im maintaining when he wants me that they are.
