Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pot pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1/2 pot non-fat greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, nip of ginger, and allspice
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 hole sugar-free whipped cream or simply cool whip (optional)
Directions:
1) Blend pumpkin and even yogurt
2) Mix with agave
3) Mix throughout spices thoroughly
4) Whip mousse for just a more fluffy dessert
5) Give a dollop of whipped gel for added effect
6) Drop some cinnamon on top
