Saturday, Feb . 12

Fight for Oxygen Climb, 9am, Chase System, 100 E. Broad Road (Downtown). Participants will climb 24 stories (453 steps) to succeed in the top of Chase Tower to improve awareness and money to help with local education programs, groundwork and advocacy. Fundraising is called for and goes to edge the American Lung Connection.

Owl Prowl, 7pm, American native indians Village Outdoor Recreation Core, 3200 Indian Village Rd., Columbus. Take a hike in the night to discover owls. All ages are welcome to wait (adults only, bring flashlights) & produce a mug for scorching chocolate! $3 per guy.

Sunday, February 13

CRRC Wintertime Run, 1pm, Granville Advanced beginner School, 2025 Burg Path, Granville. Various race programs: 3, 7. 5 and even 15 mile runs in rolling terrain. $25 till 2/1 & $30 until such time as day of race.

Sunday, Feb 20

Fitness & Type 5K, 10: 30am, Tuttle Shopping center, Hilliard. 5K walk within the mall, with gift notes and special coupons since prizes. $25 adults, $5 infants.

The Ride In, Lifestyle Family Fitness, 7690 Fresh Market Way, Dublin. 3 periods beginning at 9am, or even ride through all 3. Indoor cycling event to lift money for the LiveStrong Cosmetic foundation and Pelotonia. $25 per session or $45 for those 3 sessions. (Note: your bike pedals are outfitted for clip-on shoes exclusively. )

Saturday, February 26

The Substantial Ride, Downtown Branch YMCA, 40 M. Long St., Downtown. 4-hour indoor cycling event to boost money for People Aiding People. $25 for two hours session & $40 for those 4-hour complete ride.

Sunday, Feb 27

Last Chance for the purpose of Boston Marathon, Crown Plaza Inn, 600 Metro Place Upper, Dublin. 5K, 10K, half-marathon & full marathon races held quickly one-mile loop. Prices vary dependent on length of race selected & date of enrollment. Check here for more information.
