In last night's Episode 7 on the Biggest Loser, we see some contestants enduring control and others finding they have what can be done to complete the job. The ultimate goal should be to lose weight and nowadays, into Week 7 of that competition, with the weight heading down each week, the contestants experience the emotional battles of burning fat. And sometimes that's harder n comparison to the physical challenge of reducing weight.
Through the difficulties and workouts, the concentration was on Rulon, the self-appointed leader belonging to the black team. Always on top of things. Always in command. His trainer Cara pushes him in excess of the others because afterall, one is an Olympic champion. And that's always going to engage in his life. But he resists while he gets pushed into the edge. "My life is absolutely not a pretty package wrapped in a very bow. I have lost who We can be proud of", Rulon points out. He refuses to open about his past as well as Cara replies "In buy to heal, you really have to open up". Maybe which may happen another day.
The largest sized contestant Arthur, focuses her effort on food changes this week. His "girls" on this team give him the lesson on eating nice and clean including eating fish and chicken rather than sausage and steak. He also works hard over the workouts, pushing himself to new degrees of fitness.
