Healthy Guacamole Ingredients

  • 5 vine ripened California avocados
  • 6 tbsp sliced fresh cilantro
  • 1 carrier red onion, diced
  • 4 jalapeo chiles, stemmed, seeded, and additionally finely diced
  • 3 tbsp home squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp home ground black pepper
