Beat heat: Gear for surviving summer workouts

I have a very love/hate relationship with the summer time workouts.

Love? Much longer days, runs at dusk when using the smell of fresh-cut type grass and dressing without anxiety about the wind chill element.

Hate? Sunburns, jogging in a snails pace under all the beating sun, dehydration, raise the temperature of cramps and humidity.

Luckily, some of the people things can be avoided by using a few simple safeguards (aka getting my butt outside bed earlier and slathering me head-to-toe with sunscreen).

The many people? Well, theres no better excuse to find some fun, new gear to keep you from suffering from some strenuous outdoor activities during the summer.

Here are some my recent favorites!

Dress to Impress

I love a good quality pair of yoga pants even though the next gal, but sometimes summer just takes bare legs. Keep your cool (without sacrificing your dignity in one particular, ahem, barely-there shorts) by using Moving Comforts Sprint Technician Skort ($56), which comes that might include motivational quotes inside the liner to really get most people going.

Go using the Flow

For up prime, Im a big fan of these Flow Crossback Tank ($58). As comfortable the way it is cute, Moving Comfort really knocked it outside the park with this a person. From the fun pop of color to your feminine ruching at your bust, this tank it isn't just done well design-wise, jointly has a built-in bra regarding support during both low- plus high-impact activities.

Keep a Cool Head

When I would like to get out and have the burn (the good kind) although going pseudo-incognito, I seize my trusty Lululemon Work Hat ($32). The light and portable, moisture-wicking and adjustable cap makes it simple to shield your eyes within the sun and keep wild hair from going haywire.

Hydrate, Hands-free

Between hydration, strength gels, keys, cash, telephone, music and whatever else you'll need, packing for a long term can spiral unable to cope quickly. Contain the madness that has a Nathan Hydration Belt ($45). Furnished with easy-squeeze flasks, these belts provide lightweight storage, a chafe-free trip, and easy one-handed admittance to hydration and other operating essentials.

Keep A person's Balance

Finally, smart sports hydration takes over just H2O. Keep from knocking your components too far out with whack by consistently sampling an electrolyte replacement, along the lines of Nuun Active Hydration Tablets ($24 for the four-pack), which contain a quick-absorbing mixture of salts and sugars that will alleviate cramps and allow muscles function, communicate plus burn energy efficiently.

Stay cool nowadays!
